How to create an icon for the homescreen of your iPhone
1.  Visit http://m.greensharecar.com.au
2.  Select the "Book Now" tab
3.  Click the share or + icon (above the circle/home button of your iPhone) and then select "Add to Home Screen"
4.  Rename it to what you would like it to be named and select "Add"
5.  This should have added the icon to your homescreen as picture to the left
